PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device that can suppress excessive increase of output current, a headlight device using the power supply device, and a vehicle using the headlight device.SOLUTION: A control circuit 3 compares an input voltage Vi detected by an input voltage detection circuit VD1 with a predetermined first threshold value lower than the rated voltage of a DC power source 51 and a predetermined second threshold value lower than the first threshold value. The control circuit 3 stops the output of a DC-DC converter 2 when a continuation time of a state where the input voltage Vi is lower than the first threshold value reaches a predetermined hold time. The control circuit 3 reduces the output current of the DC-DC converter 2 when the input voltage Vi is lower than the second threshold value.
