PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting of electronic components.SOLUTION: A tire state detector 20 comprises a box-shaped case 21. The case 21 includes a bottomed square cylindrical case body 30 and a square tabular lid 40 for closing an opening 31 of the case body 30. Electronic components such as a temperature sensor 41, a transmitter 42, a pressure sensor 43, and an IC chip 44 are mounted on the lid 40. The temperature sensor 41 and the transmitter 42 are joined with a wiring pattern 45 provided on a mounting surface 40a of the lid 40. The pressure sensor 43 and the IC chip 44 are embedded in the lid 40.
