PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel economy of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A static electricity removal device includes: a first connection part electrically connected to an outer face of an intake pipe of an engine of the vehicle; a second connection part electrically connected to an outer face of an engine coolant passage pipe in the vehicle; a third connection part electrically connected to an outer face of an engine oil passage pipe in the vehicle; and first to third conductors for connecting the first to third connection parts with a negative terminal of a battery provided in the vehicle in parallel.
