PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a temperature regulating system of a power storage device and a motor generator.SOLUTION: A vehicular deceleration regeneration device includes a hydraulic circuit 19 comprising: a low pressure oil passage 25 which connects a reservoir 23 storing hydraulic oil with hydraulic pressure P/M 5; a high pressure oil passage 27 which connects the hydraulic pressure P/M 5 with an accumulator 21; and a return oil passage 29 which is branched from the high pressure oil passage 27 and returns hydraulic oil to the accumulator 21. An M/G 3, an inverter 15, a battery 17, and a radiator 31 installed at an upstream side of the M/G 3 are arranged in the return oil passage 29. The branch point of the return oil passage 29 and the high pressure oil passage 27 includes an oil distribution valve unit 37 that changes a distribution rate which is a rate to respectively distribute hydraulic oil into the hydraulic pressure P/M 5, the accumulator 21 and the radiator 31.
