PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a collision with a colliding body at a corner part of a vehicle while improving damageability to surrounding components.SOLUTION: In a front bumper 12, a support member 60 is attached to a bent part 30 of a bumper RF20, and the support member 60 is extended to the outside of a vehicle width direction from the bumper RF20. Therefore, when a pressure tube is pressed at a collision of a colliding body to a corner part of a vehicle, a reaction force acts on the pressure tube from the support member 60, and the pressure tube is deformed. The collision with the colliding body can be thereby detected. Here, when a load not smaller than a prescribed value is inputted to the support member 60 from a rear side, the support member 60 is released from the bumper RF20. Therefore, in a damager test, when the support member 60 interferes with a sub-radiator of the support member 60 at a vehicle rear side, the support member 60 can be released from the bumper RF20. By this constitution, damage to the sub-radiator can be suppressed or prevented.

    【課題】周辺部品に対するダメージャビリティを向上しつつ車両のコーナー部において衝突体との衝突を検知する。【解決手段】フロントバンパ12では、バンパRF20の屈曲部30に支持部材60が取付けられ、支持部材60はバンパRF20から車幅方向外側へ延出されている。このため、衝突体の車両コーナー部への衝突時に圧力チューブが押圧されると、支持部材60から圧力チューブに反力が作用して圧力チューブが変形する。これにより、衝突体との衝突を検知することができる。ここで、後側から所定値以上の荷重が支持部材60に入力されたときには、支持部材60がバンパRF20から離脱する。このため、ダメージャー試験において、支持部材60の車両後側のサブラジエータに支持部材60が干渉したときに、支持部材60をバンパRF20から離脱させることができる。これにより、サブラジエータに対する損傷を抑制又は防止することができる。【選択図】図1
