PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable electric connection between a circuit substrate and an electric component to be made more satisfactorily.SOLUTION: A substrate receiving member 7 is disposed inside a case 6, and a circuit substrate 5 is caused to contact a plurality of stays 7a formed in the substrate receiving member 7. Thereby, when a terminal 3b of an electromagnetic valve 3 is electrically connected to a through-hole 5b by press-fitting, the circuit substrate 5 is supported by the plurality of stays 7a, and becomes less likely to bend. Therefore, the terminal 3b can be fitted into the through-hole 5b appropriately so that the electric connection between the circuit substrate 5 and the electromagnetic valve 3 can be made more satisfactorily.
