PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for bead insulation which is improved in insulation processability at a higher level while increasing the rubber hardness by blending carbon black and an inorganic filler in higher amounts.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for bead insulation comprises 80-150 pts. wt. of carbon black of a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area NSA of 15-50 m/g, 1-100 pts. wt. of an inorganic filler of an average particle size of 0.5 μm or greater, 2-10 pts. wt. of a farnesene polymer and optionally an oil ingredient relative to 100 pts. wt. of a diene rubber containing 60 wt.% or more of natural rubber, and the ratio of the blend ratio of the farnesene polymer plus the oil to the blend ratio of carbon black plus the inorganic filler is 0.025-0.06.

    【課題】カーボンブラックおよび無機充填剤を多く配合しゴム硬度を高くしながら、インシュレーション加工性を従来レベル以上に向上するようにしたビードインシュレーション用ゴム組成物を提供する。【解決手段】天然ゴムを60重量%以上含むジエン系ゴム100重量部に対し、窒素吸着比表面積N2SAが15〜50m2/gであるカーボンブラックを80〜150重量部、平均粒子径が0.5μm以上である無機充填剤を1〜100重量部、ファルネセン重合体を2〜10重量部、任意にオイル成分を配合するとともに、前記カーボンブラックおよび無機充填剤の配合量の合計に対する前記ファルネセン重合体およびオイルの配合量の合計の比が0.025〜0.06であることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
