PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an erroneous calculation of an estimated roll angle in a case where a vehicle height adjust system is not functioning normally.SOLUTION: A control apparatus for a vehicle height adjust system 10 that adjusts a vehicular height by supplying and exhausting air relative to air springs 14L, 14R includes: a roll angle calculation part 41 for calculating an estimated roll angle of a vehicle when an automatic vehicle height adjustment is no performed; abnormality determination parts 43, 44 for determining whether there is abnormality in the vehicle height adjust system 10; and a stop part 45 for stopping calculation of an estimated roll angle by the roll angle calculation part 41 in a case where the abnormality determination parts 43, 44 determine that there is abnormality.
