PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work barge capable of suitably applying a tensile force to a pile, an anchor and the like on the bottom of water, even in a place where a work environment is not proper.SOLUTION: A work barge 100, which pulls up a member from the bottom of water by using a lifting device for pulling up a member driven into the bottom of the water, includes: a barge 1 for traveling on the water; a reaction plate 2 that is movably connected to the barge and installed on the bottom of the water; and a movement mechanism that moves the reaction plate with respect to the barge. The reaction plate comprises support parts 21E and 22E for supporting the lifting device.
