PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire information transmitter capable of transmitting required tire information to the vehicle side with little electric power consumption.SOLUTION: A tire information transmitter 10 is constituted of a first sensor 11 for acquiring information on a tire, a second sensor 12 for detecting a time change waveform of a tire grounding state, peak position detection means 152 for detecting a peak position of the time change waveform, peak interval calculation means 154 for calculating a peak interval, grounding side area setting means 155 for setting a grounding side area including an area of grounding the tire, tire information extraction means 16 for classifying the tire information acquired by the sensor into information on the grounding side area and information on an ungrounded side area and extracting only the information on the grounding side area among the tire information and transmission means 17 for transmitting only the information on the grounding side area to the vehicle side.

    【課題】少ない消費電力で必要なタイヤの情報を車両側へ送信することのできるタイヤ情報送信装置を提供する。【解決手段】タイヤ情報送信装置10を、タイヤの情報を取得する第1のセンサー11と、タイヤ接地状態の時間変化波形を検出する第2のセンサー12と、時間変化波形のピーク位置を検出するピーク位置検出手段152と、ピーク間隔を算出するピーク間隔算出手段154と、タイヤが接地している領域を含む接地側領域を設定する接地側領域設定手段155と、センサーで取得したタイヤの情報を、接地側領域の情報と非接地側領域の情報とに分類するとともに、タイヤの情報のうちの接地側領域の情報のみを抽出するタイヤ情報抽出手段16と、接地側領域の情報のみを車両側へ送信する送信手段17とから構成した。【選択図】図1
