An actual current aggregation Sl with a plurality of the actual currents as elements is created, a change speed dIr(k)/dt is acquired, and it is determined whether or not the change speed is within a set range. An actual measurement point expressed by the newest value of the actual current aggregation Sl in the case within the set range and the duty ratio corresponding to the newest point is set as an element of a learning point aggregation as a learning point. Then, when the change speed dIr(k)/dt is within the set range during a set time Ts, an actual characteristic is acquired on the basis of the element of the learning point aggregation.
