PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation assistance device for a grab-bucket type unloader that allows even an operator with a low degree of skill to operate while visually confirming an actual trajectory and actual speed of a grab bucket relative to a target trajectory and target speed thereof so as to improve operation technique of the operator and improve the whole operation efficiency relating to unloading.SOLUTION: A position, a movement speed, and a swing angle of a grab bucket 8 are determined and recorded as operation data; a table, in which a traverse position is set on a horizontal axis and divided with set length ranges, and a winding position is set on a vertical axis and divided with set height ranges, is prepared; a step, in which the grab bucket 8 moves to an upper part of a hopper from a position where the grab bucket grasps bulk goods, releases the bulk goods, and then returns to the position where the grab bucket grasp bulk goods, is set as one cycle; and operation data is sorted as aggregated data for each cell of the table on the basis of the position where the grab bucket 8 grasps the bulk goods, and then a target trajectory and target speed of the grab bucket 8 based on the aggregated data and an actual trajectory and actual speed of the grab bucket 8 by an operator are displayed on a display device 31.

    【課題】熟練度の低いオペレータであっても、グラブバケットの目標軌跡及び目標速度に対する実際の軌跡及び速度を目視して確認しながら運転を行えるようにし、オペレータの運転技術向上並びに荷揚げに関する全体の運転効率向上を図る。【解決手段】グラブバケット8の位置と移動速度と振れ角とを求め運転データとして記録し、横軸に設定長さ範囲で分割した横行位置を取り且つ縦軸に設定高さ範囲で分割した巻上位置を取った表を作成し、グラブバケット8がバラ物を掴んだ位置からホッパ上方へ移動してバラ物を放出し再びバラ物を掴む位置へ戻るまでを1サイクルとし、グラブバケット8がバラ物を掴んだ位置を基準として運転データを表のセル毎に集計データとして選別し、集計データに基づくグラブバケット8の目標軌跡及び目標速度とオペレータによるグラブバケット8の実際の軌跡及び速度とを表示装置31に表示する。【選択図】図1
