PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can determine a failed objective brake device when either of a regeneration brake device or a friction brake device is failed, without using a failure determination signal of the brake device.SOLUTION: When braking a vehicle, in the case that a brake device is failed in a stage for measuring deceleration at braking, in a stage for determining a failure of the brake device by comparing the measured deceleration and actual deceleration, and in a stage for determining the failure of the brake device, a1) a brake zone is confirmed, and it is determined whether or not the zone is a region which is applied with braking by only a regeneration brake, and the failure of the regeneration brake device is determined, and a2) in the case that the brake zone is not applied with the braking by only the regeneration brake, a yaw rate value is measured, and a failure of a left-side friction brake device or a right-side friction brake device is decided, and failures of fore-and-aft wheel friction brake devices are determined by using a change amount of the measured value of deceleration.

    【課題】制動装置の故障判断信号を利用せずに、回生制動装置または摩擦制動装置のいずれか一つが故障の場合、故障した対象の制動装置が判断できる技術を提供する。【解決手段】車両を制動するに当たり、制動時の減速度を測定する段階、上記測定された減速度と実際の減速度を比較して制動装置の故障を判断する段階、前記制動装置の故障を判断する段階で、制動装置の故障と判断される場合、a1)制動区間を確認して回生制動だけで制動を行う領域かを判断して、回生制動装置の故障と判断し、a2)上記制動区間が回生制動だけで制動を行わない場合、ヨーレート値を測定して左側の摩擦制動装置または右側の摩擦制動装置の故障を決定し、減速度の測定値の変化量を利用して前・後輪摩擦制動装置の故障を判断することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
