PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device for enabling a tabular housing material such as an external wall to be reliably clamped in a standing posture without possibility of damaging its surface so that a construction work is facilitated by suspending the housing material.SOLUTION: A pair of support arms 1 and 1, which are formed by a lateral lever and a support lever suspending from the base end side of the lateral lever, are so openably connected by a support shaft 4 as to intersect in an X-letter shape, and a pair of clamping plates 20 and 20 are so hinged to face the lower ends of the two support arms. Two end portions of an open suspending member 15 are retained at the positions closer to the leading end than the support shaft 4 of the transverse levers 2 of the two support arms 1 and 1, and the clamping plates 20 and 20 are opened by pulling the open suspending member 15, to thereby open the housing material 30.

    【課題】外壁材等の板状の建材を表面を傷付けるおそれなく起立姿勢として確実に挟着できるようにし、該建材を吊り上げることで、施工作業を容易にするとともに安全性を向上させる。【解決手段】横長杆と該横長杆の基端側から垂下する支持杆とによって形成した一対の支腕1,1をX字状に交差するように支軸4により開閉可能に連結し、両支腕の下端に相対するように一対の挟着板20,20を枢着し、両支腕1,1の横長杆2の支軸4よりも先端側の位置に開放吊上用部材15の両端部を係着し、開放吊上用部材15を引き上げることにより挟着板20,20間が拡開し、建材30が開放されるようにした。【選択図】図1
