PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic control terminal device which is capable of exactly recognizing the quality of communication in a traffic control system without impeding the communication.SOLUTION: The traffic control terminal device performs communication with another device and includes: a reception unit which receives frames consecutively transmitted from the other device; a frame acquisition unit which, if the frames received by the reception unit include prescribed information, performs acquisition processing for the frames; a state confirmation unit which confirms whether the frame acquisition unit is in a state of being performing the acquisition processing or not with a prescribed period; a calculation unit which calculates a first index that allows the state of the communication to be determined, on the basis of a confirmation frequency in the state confirmation unit and the number of periods included in a time when the frame acquisition unit does not perform the acquisition processing; and a presentation control unit which performs such control that the first index calculated by the calculation unit can be recognized.

    【課題】交通管制システムにおける通信を妨げることなく、当該通信の品質を的確に把握することが可能な交通管制端末装置を提供する。【解決手段】交通管制端末装置は、他の装置と通信を行う交通管制端末装置であって、前記他の装置から連続して送信されるフレームを受信する受信部と、前記受信部によって受信された前記フレームに所定情報が含まれる場合、前記フレームの取得処理を行うフレーム取得部と、前記フレーム取得部が前記取得処理を行っている状態であるか否かの確認を所定の周期で行う状態確認部と、前記状態確認部によって前記確認が行われた回数と、前記フレーム取得部が前記取得処理を行わなかった期間に含まれる前記周期の数とに基づいて、前記通信の状態を判断可能な第1の指標を算出する算出部と、前記算出部によって算出された前記第1の指標が認識可能となるような制御を行う提示制御部とを備える。【選択図】図6
