PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging port device for an electric vehicle that can prevent a connection of a charging port and a charging connector from being accidentally released during charging and has a superior durability.SOLUTION: A charging port device for an electric vehicle has a lock mechanism that achieves a lock condition to restrict release operation of an engaging part with a restriction member moving in a lock direction when the engaging part and an engaged part are in an engagement condition, and an unlock condition to allow the release operation of the engaging part with the restriction member moving in an unlock direction opposite of the lock direction. To move the restriction member to a predetermined position in the lock condition or unlock condition, the lock mechanism has an electrical drive mechanism to move to a position at a front of the predetermined position by electrically applying torque, and a mechanical drive mechanism to move to the predetermined position from the position at the front of the predetermined position by mechanically applying torque.

    【課題】 充電ポートと充電用コネクタとの接続が充電中に不意に解除されることを回避可能であって、かつ、耐久性に優れた電動車両の充電ポート装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 本発明の電動車両の充電ポート装置では、係合部と被係合部とが係合状態にある時に、制限部材のロック方向への移動により係合部の解除操作を規制するロック状態と、制限部材のロック方向とは反対方向のアンロック方向への移動により係合部の解除操作を許容するアンロック状態とを達成するロック機構を有し、ロック機構は、制限部材をロック状態もしくはアンロック状態である所定位置まで移動させるときに、所定位置よりも手前側位置までを電気的にトルクを付与することで移動させる電気式駆動機構と、手前側位置から所定位置までを機械的にトルクを付与することで移動させる機械式駆動機構と、を有する。【選択図】 図5
