PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquatic organism observation system with alighting device capable of smoothly executing a visual inspection which is a simple analytical item of a ballast water sampling at the time of ship inspection.SOLUTION: An aquatic organism observation system with a luminaire is constituted by a visual inspection device and a lighting device. The visual inspection device has an effective volume of 0.1 L to 3.0 L, and includes a square three-dimensional shape transparent water tank having a front face, a rear face, a bottom face, and two side faces. The luminaire includes a light source 4 for applying LED light to a visual inspection object water, and irradiates the LED light to ballast water inside the transparent water tank by collecting, into the transparent water tank, a predetermined volume of the ballast water inside a ship which is visual inspection object water, and counts the number of aquatic organisms by making visibility of the aquatic organism in the ballast water obvious by the irradiated light.

    【課題】船舶検査の際のバラスト水サンプリングの簡易分析項目である目視検査を潤滑に実施することができ、訓練が必要でなく、定量性が明確であり、低額である目視検査を実現できる照明装置付き水生生物観察システムを提供すること。【解決手段】目視検査装置と照明装置によって構成される照明装置付き水生生物観察システムであって、目視検査装置は、有効容積が0.1L〜3.0Lであり、正面と背面と底面と二つの側面とを有する角形立体形状の透明水槽を備え、照明装置は、該透明水槽の二つの側面側から該水槽内の目視検査対象水に、LED光を照射する光源4を備え、透明水槽に目視検査対象水である船舶内のバラスト水を所定量採取して、該透明水槽内のバラスト水にLED光を照射して、該照射された光によりバラスト水中の水生生物の視認性を顕在化させて該水生生物の数をカウント可能に構成されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
