PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for rubber crawler molding capable of easily removing a closing film to be generated in a drive hole which should be penetrated in vulcanization molding of a rubber crawler.SOLUTION: A die 1 for molding a rubber crawler which is penetrated by a drive hole for inserting teeth of a drive wheel of a crawler type travel device comprises: a lower die having a cavity in a shape on an inner peripheral side of the rubber crawler; and an upper die 3 having a cavity in a shape on an outer peripheral side of the rubber crawler. In the lower die, a lower die drive hole formation part for forming the drive hole projects in its cavity. In the upper die, an upper drive hole formation part 16 for forming the drive hole projects in its cavity. When the lower die and the upper die are combined with each other, a projection end of the lower die drive hole formation part and a projection end 17 of the upper drive hole formation part are designed to contact with each other on a surface. A groove 18 cycling along an edge is formed inside the projection end of the upper die drive hole formation part.

    【課題】ゴムクローラの加硫成形において貫通すべき駆動孔に生ずる閉塞膜を容易に除去できるゴムクローラ成形用金型を提供する。【解決手段】クローラ式走行装置の駆動輪の歯を挿入させる駆動孔が貫通するゴムクローラの成型用金型1は、ゴムクローラの内周側の形状のキャビティを有する下型と、ゴムクローラの外周側の形状のキャビティを有する上型3と、からなる。下型は、駆動孔を形成させる下型駆動孔形成部がそのキャビティ内に突出する。上型は、駆動孔を形成させる上型駆動孔形成部16がそのキャビティ内に突出する。下型と上型とが組み合わされたときに、下型駆動孔形成部の突出端と上型駆動孔形成部の突出端17とは面で接するように設計されている。上型駆動孔形成部の突出端の端縁の内方には、端縁に沿って一巡する溝18が形成されている。【選択図】図2
