PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide smooth walking corresponding to walking speed of each person and taking into account waiting time at temporary obstructions by using safe voice instruction.SOLUTION: An ideal tempo calculation unit 89 estimates time when a user walking a selected path pass a signal i from time when a signal i-1 and the signal i turn green, where i=1,2,3,...in the order of appearing of signals on the user's selected path, positions of the signal i-1 and signal i (latitude, longitude), the user's length of stride and maximum walking speed, and calculates an ideal tempo for walking in a section between the signal i-1 and the signal i taking into consideration the signal i. Then, a sound source file for the tempo corresponding to the desired ideal tempo is selected at a sound source selection unit 85 and is reproduced by a sound source reproduction unit 87.

    【課題】各人の歩行速度に対応し、一時的な障害物での待ち時間を考慮したスムーズな歩行を、安全な音声指示で可能とする。【解決手段】理想テンポ算出部89は、選択した経路上での出現順にi=1,2,3,…とした場合の信号i−1および信号iの青信号時刻、信号i−1および信号iの位置(緯度、経度)、歩幅、最大歩行速度から、選択した経路を歩行するユーザの信号iの通過予定時刻、および、信号i−1から信号iまでの区間iにおける理想テンポを、信号iを考慮して算出する。そして、音源選択部85で、求めた理想テンポに対応するテンポの音源ファイルを選択し、音源再生部87で、これを再生する。【選択図】図2
