PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger enabling the appropriate grasp of a CPLT signal voltage.SOLUTION: A charger 10 includes a charge control unit 23 functioning as a communication unit which communicates with a vehicle 100 using a CPLT signal. The charge control unit 23 samples the voltages of a positive half wave of one pulse signal for a plurality of times, in a state that the CPLT signal becomes a periodic pulse signal, to execute calculation processing for calculating an average value of the plurality of sampled voltages.

    【課題】CPLT信号の電圧を好適に把握できる充電装置を提供すること。【解決手段】充電装置10は、CPLT信号を用いて車両100と通信を行う通信部としての充電制御部23を備えている。充電制御部23は、CPLT信号が周期的なパルス信号となっている状況において、1つのパルス信号の正半波に対して電圧のサンプリングを複数回行い、サンプリングされた複数の電圧の平均値を算出する算出処理を実行する。【選択図】図1
