PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid that the rigidity of a locker rail is partially lowered by making constant a cross section contour of the locker rail in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction.SOLUTION: This door lock structure of a center pillar-less vehicle comprises a member 32 to be connected which is arranged at a locker rail 20 constituting a lower side of a door opening part of a cabin, and a connecting member 40 which is arranged at a lower part of a door 15 at a turning free end side, and constituted so as to be capable of connecting and releasing the connection with respect to the member 32 to be connected. The member 32 to be connected is arranged in the locker rail 20 which is formed into a cylindrical shape, and an opening 23x through which the connecting member 40 of the door 15 can pass when closing the door 15 is formed at the locker rail 20.
