PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a cutoff characteristic to be hardly varied even if a valve opening or closing operation is repeated.SOLUTION: This invention comprises: a movable cover 108 provided to be movable with respect to a valve body 100; a first seat setting surface 128 and a second seat setting surface 132 oppositely facing in spacing; a valve rod 134 slid by the movable core 108 in an axial direction of the valve body 100; and a ball valve 104a provided between the first seat setting surface 128 and the second seat setting surface 132. An abutting surface 141 at the extremity end of the valve rod 134 abutted against the ball valve 104a is formed into a recessed shape corresponding to the outer surface of the ball valve 104a.
