PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly monitor an insulating state of rail insulation even in the boundary of an existence insulated track circuit for performing frequency switching, and detect an insulation failure at an early stage.SOLUTION: In the boundary of existence insulated track circuits a, b, an insulation deterioration detecting inspection signal fc of the frequency unlike these signals is superposed on a train control signal and a train detection signal fa and transmitted from a transmitting and receiving apparatus 20a belonging to a train control apparatus A, in order to detect an insulation failure of a rail insulator 10. Then, this superposed signal is received by a receiving device 30b of an insulation deterioration detection device B connected to an adjacent track circuit b. A reception level of the same frequency component as the inspection signal fc is monitored. When the inspection signal is input in a level exceeding any threshold value set by a terminal part 50b for a constant period of time, the insulation failure of the rail insulator is detected.
【課題】周波数切替を行う有絶縁軌道回路の境界においても、レール絶縁物の絶縁状態を常時監視し、早期に絶縁不良を検知する。【解決手段】有絶縁軌道回路a、bの境界においてレール絶縁物10の絶縁不良を検知するため、列車制御装置Aに属する送受信装置20aから、列車制御信号及び列車検知信号faに、これらの信号とは異なる周波数の絶縁劣化検知用検査信号fcを重畳して送信する。そして、隣接する軌道回路bに接続される絶縁劣化検知装置Bの受信装置30bで、この重畳信号を受信し、検査信号fcと同一周波数成分の受信レベルを監視し、端末部50bにより設定した任意のしきい値を超えるレベルで検査信号を一定時間入力した場合に、レール絶縁物の絶縁不良を検知する。【選択図】図1
