PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the degree of freedom of hood layout while preventing damage to vehicle front portion constituent members by a hood support rod.SOLUTION: A hood support rod 22 is set at a storage position P0 at which the hood support rod 22 is turned down on an upper bar cover 20 in a closed state of a vehicle front space S. The hood support rod 22 is set at an upright position P1 at which the hood support rod 22 stands upright on the upper bar 18 an upper end of the hood support rod 20 is locked to a hood 12 so as to keep an open state of the vehicle front space S. A crash prevention member 26 is provided in a portion of the upper bar cover 20. The crash prevention member 26 is configured to elastically contact a rod body portion 2204 of the hood support rod 22 so as to prevent the food support rod 22 from colliding on a headlight 16 when the hood support rod 22 is turned down on an opposite side to the storage position P0 from the upright position P1.
【課題】フードサポートロッドによる車体前部構成部材の損傷を防止しつつ、フードのレイアウトの自由度を確保する。【解決手段】フードサポートロッド22は、車体前部空間Sの閉塞状態でアッパーバーカバー20上に倒伏した格納位置P0となる。フードサポートロッド22は、アッパーバー18上で起立しその上端がフード12に係止し車体前部空間Sの開放状態を保持する起立位置P1となる。アッパーバーカバー20の箇所に衝突阻止部材26が設けられている。衝突阻止部材26は、フードサポートロッド22が起立位置P1から格納位置P0と反対側に倒れる際にフードサポートロッド22の本体部2204に弾接し、フードサポートロッド22の前照灯16への衝突を阻止するように構成されている。【選択図】図2
