PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load transmission member and a vehicle front structure capable of effectively transmitting an impact load at a time of a small overlap crash to a front side member while avoiding the interference with an existing component.SOLUTION: A load transmission member 14 and a vehicle front structure 10 include: a body portion 32 attached to an outer surface, in a vehicle width direction, of each of front side members 12 disposed on respective both sides of a vehicle front portion in the vehicle width direction and extending in a vehicle front-back direction, and protruding to outside in the vehicle width direction from the front side members 12; and a front surface 64 provided to protrude from a front end of the body portion 32 and halfway along the body portion 32 in a vehicle vertical direction and inclined outward in the vehicle width direction from a vehicle front portion to a vehicle rear portion.
