PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic operation support device, an automatic operation support method and a program, which enable a lane change by automatic operation on a road including a lane change prohibition line.SOLUTION: The automatic operation support device is provided with: road information acquisition means for acquiring road information that includes information on a lane change prohibition line of the road on which a self-vehicle travels; lane change determination means for determining, during automatic operation, whether or not to perform a lane change at a guide branch point present ahead of the self-vehicle; road determination means for determining, on the basis of the road information, whether or not the self-vehicle travels on a road that includes the lane change prohibition line, if it is determined by the lane change determination means that a lane change is performed at the guide branch point; and start point setting means for setting a lane change start point, at which the self-vehicle starts the lane change, at the end of the lane change prohibition line in the travelling direction of the self-vehicle, if it is determined by the road determination means that the self-vehicle travels on the road that includes the lane change prohibition line.

    【課題】車線変更禁止線が存在する道路において、自動運転によって車線変更することが可能となる自動得運転支援装置、自動運転支援方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】自車両が走行する道路の車線変更禁止線の情報を含む道路情報を取得する道路情報取得手段と、自動運転中において、前記自車両の前方に位置する案内分岐点で車線変更を行うか否かを判定する車線変更判定手段と、前記車線変更判定手段を介して前記案内分岐点で車線変更を行うと判定された場合には、前記道路情報に基づいて前記自車両が前記車線変更禁止線の存在する道路を走行しているか否かを判定する道路判定手段と、前記道路判定手段を介して前記自車両が前記車線変更禁止線の存在する道路を走行していると判定された場合には、該自車両の進行方向における車線変更禁止線の終端に該自車両の車線変更を開始する車線変更開始地点を設定する開始地点設定手段と、を備える。【選択図】図2
