PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately analyze the deformation of a three-dimensional shape of an object to be measured.SOLUTION: A coordinate conversion unit 502 calculates a three-dimensional coordinate value of each position indicating a three-dimensional shape of an object to be measured at each prescribed time on the basis of rotation angles of installation positions of a plurality of sensors which are measured by a sensor 101, and three-dimensional coordinate values of the installation positions of the plurality of sensors being a preset reference. A state calculation unit 504 calculates deformation amounts of the three-dimensional shape of the object to be measured and the three-dimensional shape being the reference on the basis of the calculated three-dimensional coordinate value of each position indicating the three-dimensional shape of the object to be measured at each prescribed time, and the three-dimensional value of the installation position of each of the plurality of sensors being the preset reference.

    【課題】測定対象物の3次元形状の変形を精度よく解析することができる【解決手段】座標変換部502により、センサ101により測定された複数のセンサの設置位置の各々の回転角度と、予め定められた基準となる前記複数のセンサの設置位置の各々の3次元座標値とに基づいて、前記所定時間毎の前記測定対象物の3次元形状を表す各位置の3次元座標値を演算し、状態演算部504により、演算された所定時間毎の測定対象物の3次元形状を表す各位置の3次元座標値と、予め定められた基準となる複数のセンサの設置位置の各々の3次元座標値とに基づいて、測定対象物の3次元形状と前記基準となる3次元形状との形状の変形量を演算する。【選択図】図2
