PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water turbine blade type power generator capable of increasing a water flow utilization efficiency, increasing the rotating speed of a rotor, i.e. realizing improvement of power generating output of the power generator.SOLUTION: A water turbine blade type power generator 61 comprises: a float 51; a power generator main body 62 attached to the float, floating in water and capable of performing both inflow and outflow of water flow; mooring means 52 moored at a specified position in the water flow; a rotor 1 rotatably and pivotally supported in the power generator main body and arranged to be crossed at a right angle with a direction of water flow; a plurality of blades 10 installed at the outer periphery of the rotor and enabled to be automatically opened or closed that can be opened below the rotor and closed above the rotor; and a water flow guiding slant plate 24 of which one end is fixed to the upper end of the inflow-side of the power generator main body and of which protrusion end is adjacent to the blades fixed to the rotor. An inclination angle of the slant plate is set to about 20° to 45° and a position of the protrusion end of the slant plate is set within a range of ±30% of a diameter of the rotor in respect to its above and below with an axial central position of the rotor being applied as a reference.
【課題】水流の利用効率を高め、回転体の回転数の増大、すなわち、発電機の発電出力の向上を実現できるようにした水車羽根型発電装置を提供する。【解決手段】水車羽根型発電装置61は浮体51と、浮体に取り付けられ水中に浮ぶとともに水流の流入、流出が可能な発電装置本体62と、水流中の定位置に係留する係留手段52と、発電装置本体内で回転可能に軸支されるとともに水流の方向と直交する配置とした回転体1と、回転体の外周で回転体の下側において開き上側において閉となる自動開閉可能状態に取り付けられた複数の羽根10を備え、発電装置本体の水流入側の上端に一端を取り付け突出端を回転体に取り付けた羽根の近くまで臨ませた水流誘導用の斜め板24とを有する水車羽根型発電装置61であって、斜め板の傾斜角度を20度〜45度とし、斜め板の突出端の位置を回転体の軸中心位置を基準としてその上下に対して回転体の直径の?30%範囲とした。【選択図】図1
