PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trim/tilt device and so on in which a sacrificial anode and a rod member are electrically connected to each other with a simple structure, and the rod member is hard to occur galvanic corrosion.SOLUTION: A trim/tilt device includes: a cylindrical cylinder 41 and a piston 42 which is so provided as to be movable in an axial direction of the cylinder 41 and divides a space in the cylinder 41; a piston rod 43 to one end side of which the piston 42 is attached, and which adjusts an inclination angle of a ship propulsion machine body with respect to a hull by relative movement thereof together with the piston 42 in the axial direction of the cylinder 41; a rod guide 44 provided with a hole through which the piston rod 43 electrically connected to a sacrificial anode passes; and a bearing 44d which are provided at a position where the hole is formed in order to electrically connect the piston rod 43 and the rod guide 44.
