PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-pipe travel wagon, capable of smoothly traveling even in a pipeline area having step difference.SOLUTION: The in-pipe travel wagon comprises: an arm unit formed of plural arm modules which are disposed on a wagon body so as to be distributed in a peripheral direction of a pipeline; an arm bracket to which the arm modules are attached so that the arm modules are oscillated and displaced around an oscillation shaft center extending in a traverse direction with respect to a travel direction; travel drive rotary bodies 5 each of which is a rim-less wheel type and attached to a tip end of each arm module; and energization means for energizing the arm modules so that each travel drive rotary body 5 approaches the pipeline inner peripheral face. The travel drive rotary bodies 5 have respectively: a hub rotating via an axle; plural contact parts disposed with intervals in a rotation peripheral direction; and plural spoke modules 3 extending from the hub and forming the contact parts on a tip end area.

    【課題】段差を有する配管領域においても円滑な走行が可能な管内走行台車の提供。【解決手段】管内走行台車は、配管の周方向で分布するように台車本体に配置された複数のアームモジュールからなるアームユニットと、アームモジュールが走行方向に対する横断方向に延びた揺動軸心周りで揺動変位するようにアームモジュールを取り付けるアームブラケットと、アームモジュールの先端部に取り付けられたリムレスホイールタイプの走行駆動回転体5と、走行駆動回転体5が配管内周面に近づくようにアームモジュールを付勢する付勢手段とを備えている。走行駆動回転体5は、車軸を通じて回転するハブと、回転周方向に互いに間隔をあけて配置されている複数の接当部と、ハブから延びて接当部を先端領域に形成している複数のスポークモジュール3とから構成されている。【選択図】図1
