PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for positioning an unmanned carrier to a stop position accurately at short time.SOLUTION: A positioning device 1 is constituted of a moving member 20 attached to an unmanned carrier 2, and a correction member 60 installed on a position corresponding to a stop position of the unmanned carrier 2 at a station S. The moving member 20 is moved to a correction position of a lateral position for correcting a lateral position of the unmanned carrier 2. In addition the moving member 20 is moved to a correction position of a cross direction position from the correction position of the lateral position, for correcting a cross direction position of the unmanned carrier 2. Because it has a simple structure in which the moving member 20 is only moved to a lower vertical direction with two stages, so that the unmanned carrier 2 can be positioned to the stop position accurately at short time with a simple structure.

    【課題】無人搬送車を短時間で精度よく停止位置に位置決めできる技術を提供する。【解決手段】無人搬送車2に取り付けられた移動部材20と、ステーションSにおける無人搬送車2の停止位置に対応する位置に設置された矯正部材60と、から位置決め装置1を構成する。そして、移動部材20を左右方向位置矯正位置まで移動させることにより無人搬送車2の左右方向位置の矯正を行う。さらに、移動部材20を左右方向位置矯正位置から前後方向位置矯正位置まで移動させることにより無人搬送車2の前後方向位置の矯正を行う。移動部材20を鉛直下方向に2段階に移動させるのみの構成であるため、簡易な構成でありながら、短時間で精度よく無人搬送車2を停止位置に位置決めすることができる。【選択図】図17
