PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in strength of a one-way base material.SOLUTION: A fastening structure of a heterogeneous member includes a metal member 4, and widens the tip side of a shank part 3 to fasten the metal member and an FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastic) by laminating FRP arrayed so as to deviate the extension direction of fibers to a one-way direction and applying a load to a head part 2 of a rivet 1 from the FRP side toward the metal member side. The shank part of the rivet extends longer in a one-way direction (arrow b) than a direction (arrow c) vertical to the one-way direction and the central axis direction (arrow a) of the head part.
