PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure which can further easily confirm whether or not a connecting pin for connecting one end part of a torque transmission shaft and one end part of a torsion bar is assembled by visual confirmation from the outside of a yoke of a universal joint, and can exactly regulate the axial displacement of the connecting pin.SOLUTION: A width dimension Wof a non-continuous part 33 arranged at one point in a circumferential direction of a base part 31a of a yoke 29a is set larger (W>D) than a diameter dimension Dof a connecting pin 22. One end part of the connecting pin 22 is made to exist at a position which can be visually confirmed via the non-continuous part 33 from the outside of the yoke 29a. Furthermore, a part of one end part of the connecting pin 22 and the other end part of the connecting pin 22 are made to oppose an internal peripheral face of the base part 31a.

    【課題】トルク伝達軸の一端部とトーションバーの一端部とを連結する連結ピンが組み付けられているか否かを、自在継手のヨークの外部から目視により容易に確認する事ができ、しかもこの連結ピンの軸方向変位を確実に規制できる構造を実現する。【解決手段】ヨーク29aの基部31aの円周方向1箇所に設けた不連続部33の幅寸法W33を、連結ピン22の直径寸法D22よりも大きく(W33>D22)する。又、この連結ピン22の一端部を、前記ヨーク29aの外部から、前記不連続部33を通じて目視可能な位置に存在させる。更に、前記連結ピン22の一端部の一部と、この連結ピン22の他端部とを、前記基部31aの内周面に対向させる。【選択図】図5
