PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely equalize a temperature of a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: An air volume adjusting plate 307 is installed, and it is confirmed whether or not a temperature of a car 6 is uniform during an operation of an air conditioner 5. When the temperature of the car 6 is not uniform, the operation of the air conditioner 5 is stopped, and a door 21 of a ceiling plate 2 is opened (door-opening process). A part of a penetration hole formed at the air volume adjusting plate 307 is blocked by a metal plate 410 from a portion at which the door 21 is opened (hole adjustment process). After that, the door 21 is closed, the air conditioner 5 is operated once again, and it is confirmed whether or not the temperature of the car 6 is uniform (confirmation process). Until the temperature of the car 6 becomes uniform in the confirmation process, the door-opening process, the hole adjustment process and the confirmation process are repeated. When the temperature of the car 6 becomes uniform, it is determined that an opening pattern of the air volume adjustment plate is decided, and a design of a ceiling structure is finished.
【課題】鉄道車両の客室温度を簡易に且つ確実に均一にする。【解決手段】風量調整板307を設置し、空調機5の運転中に客室6の温度が均一であるかを確認する。客室6の温度が均一でない場合、空調機5の運転を停止し、天井板2の扉21を開く(開扉工程)。扉21が開口した部分から風量調整板307に形成された貫通孔の一部を金属板410で塞ぐ(孔調整工程)。その後、扉21を閉じ、再び空調機5を運転し、客室6の温度が均一であるかを確認する(確認工程)。確認工程で客室6の温度が均一になるまで、開扉工程、孔調整工程及び確認工程を繰り返す。客室6の温度が均一になると、風量調整板の開口パターンが決定したと判断し、天井構造の設計を終了する。【選択図】図7
