PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for measurement of a deflection angle of a rope trolley type crane which facilitate power supply, mitigate effects of impacts produced during cargo handling, improve durability by eliminating the need of mechanical contact parts and reduce constraints on attachment places.SOLUTION: Torque current values Iand Iof motors 25' and 25 are measured by torque current sensors 26' and 26, respectively, and the load W g(W is mass, and g is gravity acceleration) of a suspended load including a grab bucket 8 is measured by a load meter 27. Then, in a controller 28, deflection angles θand θof the suspended load are calculated through torque conversion factors determined by equations θ=cos((W g)×D/(4×I×C)) and θ=cos((W g)×D/(4×I×C)), respectively, where D is diameter of the drum; and C is torque current value.

    【課題】電源供給が容易で且つ荷役の際に発生する衝撃の影響を受けにくくすることができ、更に機械的な接触部を不要として耐久性を高めると共に、取付箇所に関する制約を受けにくくし得るロープトロリ式クレーンの振れ角度測定装置及び振れ角度測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】電動機25?,25のトルク電流値I1,I2をトルク電流センサ26?,26で測定すると共に、グラブバケット8を含む吊荷の荷重W・g(W:質量、g:重力加速度)を荷重計27で測定し、制御装置28において、吊荷の振れ角度θ1,θ2をθ1=cos−1((W・g)?D/(4?I1?C))θ2=cos−1((W・g)?D/(4?I2?C))但し、D:ドラムの直径C:トルク電流値からトルクへの換算係数より算出する。【選択図】図2
