PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the terminal deterioration and curing of a cushion member, in a heat shield structure of the cushion member between an engine mount member and a side frame.SOLUTION: In a heat shield structure of a vehicle cushion member, a side frame is connected to an engine mount member via the cushion member, a cylinder axial line of an engine is arranged so as to be inclined, and an exhaust pipe which extends to the cushion member side is attached to an exhaust pipe attachment face. A heat shield cover covering the exhaust pipe side in a vehicle width direction is attached to the cushion member. Furthermore, in the heat shield structure of the vehicle cushion member attached with a supercharger at the exhaust pipe of the exhaust pipe attachment face while approximating the cushion member, the heat shield cover covering a supercharger-side external peripheral face of the cushion member in the vehicle width direction is attached, the heat shield cover has a front-side cover part, an intermediate-side cover part and a rear-side cover part, and a vertical cross section area at the inside of the front-side cover part is set larger than vertical cross section areas at the inside of the intermediate-side cover part and the rear-side cover part.

    【課題】本発明は、エンジンマウントメンバとサイドフレーム間のクッション部材の遮熱構造において、クッション部材の熱劣化・硬化を防止することを目的としている。【解決手段】このため、サイドフレームをクッション部材を介してエンジンマウントメンバに連結し、エンジンのシリンダ軸線を傾斜させて配置し、排気管取付面にクッション部材側に延びる排気管を取り付けた車両用クッション部材の遮熱構造において、クッション部材に車両幅方向排気管側を覆う遮熱カバーを取り付けた。また、排気管取付面の排気管にクッション部材に近接して過給機を取り付けた車両用クッション部材の遮熱構造において、クッション部材の車両幅方向過給機側外周面を覆う遮熱カバーを取り付け、遮熱カバーは前側・中間側・後側の各カバー部を有し、前側カバー部内側の縦断面積を中間側カバー部・後側カバー部内側の縦断面積よりも大きく設けた。【選択図】図1
