PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle state estimation device, a vehicle state estimation method, and a vehicle controller capable of highly accurately estimating a vehicle state variable from wheel speeds irrespective of a change in vehicle characteristics.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a vehicle state estimation device comprising: wheel speed detection means 4 detecting a wheel speed of each wheel of a vehicle; vehicle velocity detection means detecting a vehicle velocity of the vehicle; and state variable estimation means 21 estimating an unsprung state variable and/or a spring state variable of the vehicle on the basis of a wheel speed of right and left wheels opposite in phase based on the wheel speed of each wheel detected by the wheel speed detection means 4, and of a value obtained by dividing a wheelbase between predetermined front and rear wheels by the vehicle velocity detected by the vehicle velocity detection means.

    【課題】車両特性の変化によらず、車輪速から車両の状態量を高精度に推定することができる車両状態推定装置、車両状態推定方法及び車両制御装置を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明は、車両の各車輪の車輪速を検出する車輪速検出手段4と、前記車両の車速を検出する車速検出手段と、車輪速検出手段4によって検出した各車輪の車輪速に基づく左右輪逆相の車輪速、及び、前記車速検出手段によって検出した前記車速で所定の前後輪のホイールベースを割った値に基づいて、車両のばね下状態量及び/又は及びばね上状態量を推定する状態量推定手段21と、を備えることを特徴とする車両状態推定装置である。【選択図】図2
