PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure of a vehicle member which easily prevents deterioration of the rigidity of a reinforcement member without increasing the thickness and size of the reinforcement member.SOLUTION: A bending part 1c which bends in a shape protruding to a rear surface of an outer panel 51 is formed in a part of a body part 1a of a reinforcement 1. An adhesive 2 is applied to areas between both flange parts 1b, 1b in the bending part 1c and the rear surface of the outer panel 51 to join the reinforcement 1 to the rear surface of the outer panel 51.
