PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make communication possible at a fairly high probability in the case where a failure occurs in a communication device in any one of a plurality of signal controlling devices that are installed along a railroad wayside, and even when electromagnetic interference or an electromagnetic disturbance is generated along the wayside.SOLUTION: A railroad facility monitoring system includes a plurality of signal controlling devices 10, and a monitoring device 20 for monitoring an operational state of the signal controlling devices 10 at a remote location. The railroad facility monitoring system is provided with: main radio communication means which is directly or indirectly connected to the monitoring device 20 and capable of performing radio communication using a plurality of different frequency bands; secondary radio communication means which is directly or indirectly connected to the signal controlling devices 10 and capable of performing radio communication using a plurality of frequency bands; and a repeater 31 which has a function for transferring data received by the radio communication using the plurality of frequency bands. In the railroad facility monitoring system, the main radio communication means, the secondary radio communication means, and the repeater 31 are arranged at an interval equal to or less than a half of a radio communication possible distance.
