PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle charge control device which can efficiently correct a battery charging rate.SOLUTION: The vehicle charge control device includes: charging means (for example, a charge control unit 31) for performing charge operation to suppress the deterioration of a battery by charging the battery until a charge end period in which the receiving current of the battery loaded on a vehicle becomes lower than a predetermined current value; and correction means (for example, a charging rate correction unit 33) for correcting the charging rate of the battery on the basis of the behavior of the receiving current. The correction means corrects the charging rate on the basis of the behavior in the charge end period, in synchronization with the charge operation.
