PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative braking control device of an electric vehicle, which can have means for consuming regenerative energy more reliably, and can prevent the shortage of a regenerative braking force as much as possible.SOLUTION: A regenerative braking control device includes: a motor generator 6 for driving a wheel 6T by electric power of a battery 5; and an inverter 6v which drives the motor generator 6 and causes the motor generator 6 to generate electric power using the rotational energy of the wheel 6T, and performs regenerative braking. The regenerative braking control device further includes; a refrigeration cycle device 10 for compressing a coolant by the electric power of the battery 5, and causing a heat exchanger 10c to be heated; a heating cycle device 11 which is heated by the heat exchanger 10c, and through which a medium for heating the battery 5 flows; and a control device 2 which includes power consumption control means causing the refrigeration cycle device 10 and the heating cycle device 11 to forcibly consume the electric power of the battery 5 when the battery 5 is in a fully charged state in which the battery 5 cannot be charged with regenerative electric power of the motor generator 6.

    【課題】回生エネルギをより確実に消費させる手段をもつことができ、回生制動力不足を極力回避できる電気自動車の回生制動制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】回生制動制御装置において、バッテリ5の電力で車輪6Tを駆動する電動発電機6を駆動し、車輪6Tの回転エネルギで電動発電機6にて発電し、回生制動を行うインバータ6vを有する。また回生制動制御装置は、冷媒をバッテリ5の電力で圧縮し熱交換器を加熱させる冷凍サイクル装置10と、熱交換器10cによって加熱され、バッテリ5を加熱する媒体が流れる加熱サイクル装置11とを有する。更に回生制動制御装置の制御装置2は、バッテリ5が電動発電機6の回生電力を充電できない満充電状態にある場合に、冷凍サイクル装置10および加熱サイクル装置11でバッテリ5の電力を強制的に消費させる電力消費制御手段を有する。【選択図】図1
