PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator group management device and an elevator group management method that, in operating a multi-car elevator having a fixed-in-shaft car and a movable-between-shafts car, effectively utilizes mobile function of the movable-between-shafts car to achieve a high transport capacity without a hall destination-floor pre-registration system.SOLUTION: The elevator group management device includes a predicted occupation section information generating part, an overlapping determination part, and a move path selection part. When causing either of a plurality of fixed-in-shaft cars and a movable-between-shafts car to leave for a destination floor, the predicted occupation section information generating part generates predicted occupation section information on a section to be predicted to be occupied in a shaft by the run to the destination floor. The overlapping determination section determines whether or not the generated predicted occupation section information and setting occupation section information currently set to another car overlap. If it is determined that these occupation sections overlap, the move path selection part selects a move path for moving the movable-between-shafts car between shafts.

    【課題】シャフト固定かごとシャフト移動かごとを備えたマルチカーエレベータの運転に際し、シャフト移動かごのシャフト間の移動機能を有効に活用して高い輸送能力を、ホール行先階先行登録システムを用いずに実現できるエレベータ群管理装置およびエレベータ群管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態によればエレベータ群管理装置は予測占有区間情報生成部と重複判定部と移動経路選択部とを有する。予測占有区間情報生成部は複数のシャフト固定かごおよびシャフト移動かごのいずれかを目的階に向けて出発させる際に目的階までの走行により占有すると予測されるシャフト内の予測占有区間情報を生成する。重複判定部は生成された予測占有区間情報と他のかごに現在設定されている設定占有区間情報とが重複するか否かを判定する。移動経路選択部は占有区間が重複すると判定されたときにシャフト移動かごをシャフト移動させるための移動経路を選択する。【選択図】図1
