PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator group management device and an elevator group management method that, in a building having a plurality of elevators, perform group management of the elevators in order to achieve a high energy-saving effect without reducing user's convenience.SOLUTION: An elevator group management device includes a transport capacity estimated value calculation part and a group management control part. When non-stop floor setting of an elevator in the building is changed, the transport capacity estimated value calculation part calculates a transport capacity estimated value of the whole of the plurality of elevators from changed non-stop floor setting information, the number of elevator users at each floor of the building that is preliminarily stored, and elevator specification information in the building that is preliminarily stored. If the calculated transport capacity estimated value is beyond an upper limit of a preliminarily-set transport capacity reference range, the group management control part controls a predetermined number of elevators of the plurality of elevators to perform power-saving operation.

    【課題】 複数のエレベータが設置された建物において、利用者の利便性を保ちつつ、高い省エネ効果を得るための群管理を行うエレベータ群管理装置およびエレベータ群管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】 実施形態によればエレベータ群管理装置は、輸送能力予測値演算部と群管理制御部とを備える。輸送能力予測値演算部は、建物内のエレベータの不停止階の設定が変更されると、変更後の不停止階の設定情報と、予め記憶された建物内の階床ごとのエレベータ利用人数と、予め記憶された建物内のエレベータの仕様情報とから、複数のエレベータ全体の輸送能力予測値を演算する。群管理制御部は、演算された輸送能力予測値が、予め設定された輸送能力基準範囲の上限値を超えたときには、前記複数のエレベータのうち所定数のエレベータを省電力制御する。【選択図】図1
