PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional part mounting pedestal that has high durability to an inertial force applied to functional parts when stepping forward and kicking out of tires, and an impact force applied to the functional part mounting pedestal when passing protrusions.SOLUTION: A functional part mounting pedestal 1 is formed of rubber materials and mounted in an inner surface 70 of a tire, and is provided for mounting functional parts 29 to the inner surface 70 of the tire. The functional part mounting pedestal 1 includes a fitting recess 2 where a functional part side mounting section 30 provided in the functional parts 29 is fitted. The fitting recess 2 is characterized in that an opening diameter of an opening 3 to the fitting recess is formed in the size smaller than the maximum diameter of the functional part side mounting section and an inner surface (inner circumference wall surface 9) is formed in the fitting surface fitted to an outer surface (outer circumferential surface 31) of the functional part side mounting section, and a bottom is formed in concavo-convex sections (semi-circular recesses 34, 35 and partition protrusion 33) formed in the functional part side mounting section 30 and formed in the concavo-convex sections to be fit (semi-circular shape protrusions 5, 6 and partition recess 8).
