PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise during operation of a vehicle sensor without occurence of rising of a price of a seat belt retractor.SOLUTION: A vehicle sensor 1 is mounted in a sensor storage chamber 4 of a case 3. A lever stopper 42 is formed integrally with the case 3. The lever stopper 42 abuts against a claw 8 of a sensor lever 7 thereby blocking rotation of the sensor lever 7, when a sensor weight 11 of the vehicle sensor 1 pushes up the sensor lever 7, whereby it is prevented that the claw 8 of the sensor lever 7 too enters between teeth 6, 6 of a gear 5. The lever stopper 42 is integrally provided with: an elastic deformation piece 48 which contacts the claw 8 of the sensor lever 7, and elastically deforms and absorbs an impact generated at the time of collision against the claw 8 of the sensor lever 7; and a load receiving surface (concave surface) which irregularly engages with a convex surface of the elastic deformation piece 48 elastically deformed by the claw 8 of the sensor lever 7 to prevent the deformation of the elastic deformation piece 48.

    【課題】シートベルトリトラクタの価格の高騰を招くことなく、ビークルセンサの作動時の騒音を低減させる。【解決手段】ケース3のセンサ収容室4内には、ビークルセンサ1が装着されている。ケース3は、ビークルセンサ1のセンサウエイト11がセンサレバー7を押し上げた際に、センサレバー7の爪8に突き当たってセンサレバー7の回動を阻止し、センサレバー7の爪8が歯車5の歯6,6の間へ食い込み過ぎないようにするレバーストッパ42を一体に形成してある。レバーストッパ42は、センサレバー7の爪8に当接し、センサレバー7の爪8との衝突時における衝撃を弾性変形して吸収する弾性変形片48と、センサレバー7の爪8によって弾性変形させられた弾性変形片48の凸面に凹凸係合して、弾性変形片48の変形を阻止する荷重受け面(凹面)と、を一体に形成してある。【選択図】図1
