PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery control device capable of equalizing remaining capacity of a storage battery without requiring unnecessary electric discharge.SOLUTION: A storage battery control device of an electric vehicle comprises: a storage battery 103 having a plurality of storage battery cells 18; and an electric motor 101 capable of exchanging electric power with the storage battery 103. The storage battery control device also has: a detection section which detects temperatures of respective storage battery cells 18 after an ignition switch is turned off; a minimum temperature derivation section which derives minimum temperatures of the storage battery cells 18 on the basis of a detection result of the detection section; a waiting time derivation section which derives equalization waiting time on the basis of the minimum temperatures; and an equalization control section which equalizes remaining capacity of the storage battery 103 after a lapse of the equalization waiting time since the ignition switch of the electric vehicle is turned off.
