PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness shape maintaining body which facilitates attachment work of a wire harness and may be flexibly used for fixture to various kinds of reinforcements.SOLUTION: A wire harness shape maintaining body includes: an outer shell member 4; and an attachment member 5. The outer shell member 4 is formed into a slender shape so as to have a storage space 44 through which a wire harness passes. The attachment member 5 is attached to the outer shell member 4. A groove 47, which is arranged parallel to a longitudinal direction of the outer shell member 4, is formed on an outer surface of the outer shell member 4. The attachment member 5 includes: an insertion part 51; and a holding part 52. The insertion part 51 may be inserted into the groove 47. The holding part 52 may be fixed to a reinforcement. The insertion part 51 may be attached to the groove 47 at different longitudinal positions of the groove 47.
