PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulative capability detecting device that is reduced in cost and improved in durability while maintaining of the accuracy of detecting insulative capabilities of non-grounding circuits.SOLUTION: An insulative capability detecting device comprises a first arithmetic unit 30 that outputs a first reference voltage Vo1 matching the difference between the voltage Vi1 of the positive output terminal P side of a second DC source 20 and the midpoint voltage VN0 of a first DC source 5, a second arithmetic unit 40 that outputs a second reference voltage Vo2 matching the difference between the voltage Vi2 of the negative output terminal N side of the second DC source 20 and the midpoint voltage VN0, a source voltage detecting unit 11a that detects the output voltage Vpn of the second DC source 20 on the basis of the difference between Vo1 and Vo2, and an insulation level detecting unit 12a that detects the insulation level between the second DC source 20 and a grounding potential part BE on the basis of the degree of difference between a first reference correction voltage and a second reference correction voltage, which is Vo1 and Vo2 cleared of the offset part of VN0.

    【課題】非接地回路の絶縁性の検出精度を維持しつつ、コスト低減及び耐久性向上を実現した絶縁性検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】絶縁性検出装置は、第2直流電源20の正出力端子P側の電圧Vi1と第1直流電源5の中点電圧VN0との差に応じた第1参照電圧Vo1を出力する第1演算部30と、第2直流電源20の負出力端子N側の電圧Vi2と中点電圧VN0との差に応じた第2参照電圧Vo2を出力する第2演算部40と、Vo1とVo2の差に基づいて第2直流電源20の出力電圧Vpnを検出する電源電圧検出部11aと、Vo1及びVo2からVN0のオフセット分を除去した第1参照補正電圧及び第2参照補正電圧の相違度合に基づいて、第2直流電源20と接地電位部BE間の絶縁レベルを検出する絶縁レベル検出部12aとを備える。【選択図】 図1
