PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle cable arrangement structure of a saddle riding type vehicle which is less likely to affect the volumetric capacity of a storage box.SOLUTION: An arrangement structure of a throttle cable 58 includes: a vehicle body frame 11; a unit swing type engine 50 which is swingably supported by the vehicle body frame; and a storage box 71 provided above the engine 50; an intake passage 55 which extends from a cylinder part 50a of the engine 50 along an engine body 50B so as to pass through a space between the storage box 71 and the engine body 50B; a throttle valve 56 which is provided on the intake passage 55 and opens and closes the intake passage; an opening side throttle cable 58a and a closed side throttle cable 58b, each of which is attached to a throttle drum 57 and operates the throttle valve 56. The opening side throttle cable 58a and the closed side throttle cable 58b are arranged on the intake passage 55 in a substantially horizontal manner while aligned in a fore and aft direction of a vehicle body.
