PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in cross-sectional performance of a door beam when performing crushing process on a partial area in a lengthwise direction of the door beam made of aluminum alloy extruded material.SOLUTION: A cross section perpendicular to a lengthwise direction of aluminum alloy extruded material includes an outer flange 13, an inner flange 14, an intermediate flange 15 arranged between the outer flange and the inner flange, a plurality of outer webs 16 for connecting the outer flange and the intermediate flange, and a plurality of inner webs 17 for connecting the inner flange and the intermediate flange. In an area A where crushing process was performed, the outer web 16 is bent and deformed so that the height from the intermediate flange to the outer flange is made smaller than its original height h2, and the height from the inner flange to the intermediate flange is maintained as its original height h1.

    【課題】アルミニウム合金押出形材からなるドアビームの長さ方向の一部の領域に潰し加工を行う場合に、ドアビームの断面性能が低下するのを防止する。【解決手段】アルミニウム合金押出形材の長さ方向に垂直な断面が、アウターフランジ13、インナーフランジ14、アウターフランジとインナーフランジの間に配置された中間フランジ15、アウターフランジと中間フランジを連結する複数のアウターウエブ16、及びインナーフランジと中間フランジを連結する複数のインナーウエブ17からなる。潰し加工を行った領域Aにおいてアウターウエブ16が曲げ変形して中間フランジからアウターフランジまでの高さが元の高さh2より減少し、インナーフランジから中間フランジまでの高さが元の高さh1に維持されている。【選択図】図2
